We call "Olde
Towne" Greeneville a QuaintVillage
because it is small enough to be easily accessed by car and has free
parking. There is plenty of history within a few city blocks,
including a National Historic Site (Andrew Johnson). The John Morgan
Hotel, the shops, and the cafes are quite nice.
Greeneville
is near I-81 in eastern Tennessee. There is plenty to do in
this area of Tennessee. Jonesborough
is nearby, as are the parks and forests in the Appalachian
Mountains. |

Why
shop online?
Prices
and selection
are often better
from these Web
sites than in your
neighborhood stores. Many
of them offer
free packing and
shipping to
your
door or to your
gift recipient. So,
you can save
time, gas, and
money. Merchant
sites must
meet high security
standards to
advertise
on QuaintPlaces.com.

Did
you know?
When
you place an
order from these
merchants, they
contribute a small
commission to QuaintPlaces.com. These
commissions
do not increase
the cost of your
purchases. Only
purchases
made within a few
days
after
your
initial "click" to
their sites generate
commissions for us.
(Please do not delete your cookies.)
These
commissions, plus sales of our
own photos and cards, are
necessary
to help defray the
cost of maintaining QuaintPlaces.com,
which currently
operates at a loss.
Your
purchases will
help us provide
more
information
and photos about
quaint places.
