 Agreement to Terms and Conditions

All final decisions regarding the information content, text, graphical elements, photographs, and layout of the QuaintPlaces.com Web site, including advertisements and links to advertisements, are made by Steve Sloan, the publisher.  The publisher retains the right to deny any request to place advertisements on QuaintPlaces.com for any reason, and, in so doing, shall return the uncashed check or provide a refund to the requester.  Advertisements that are accepted by the publisher shall be continuously available on Quaintplaces.com and the  World Wide Web, except for brief unavoidable technical interruptions, throughout a one-year term, except in the case of premature termination.  Premature termination: The publisher agrees to remove the advertisement from QuaintPlaces.com immediately upon request of the original requester.  The publisher retains the right to remove any advertisement from QuaintPlaces.com at any time, for any reason.  In either case of premature termination, the publisher shall refund a portion of the payment equal to the portion of the one-year term that remains unfulfilled.  Renewal: At the end of the term, the requester may request an additional one-year term.  The cost of this additional term shall be determined by the publisher based on the popularity of QuainPlaces.com at the time the request is made.  The requester shall be under no obligation to renew.  By signing herein and submitting this form and payment to the publisher, I accept and agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
