Driving north on scenic U.S. Route 209 through the Delaware Watergap National Recreation Area, between East Stroudsburg and Port
Jarvis, Milford is a final respite before you hit the big time
traffic. This is the end of a quiet
two-lane drive, but keep your speed down in Milford. It has a
reputation for speed traps and heavy fines. Otherwise, Milford is a
quaint, historic, and artistic small town that is full of pleasant
surprises. |
