Ashland
is a college town (Southern Oregon University) that has been described as a bucolic
and heartwarming. It is home to a world renowned Shakespearean
theatre/festival and the downtown has an Elizabethan feel. You will
also find many fine art galleries and import shops here.
Allow time
to explore the many natural wonders that this region of Oregon has to
offer. If you have time, visit Jacksonville,
another QuaintVillage, 20 miles
north of Ashland.

Why
shop online?
Prices
and selection
are often better
from these Web
sites than in your
neighborhood stores. Many
of them offer
free packing and
shipping to
your
door or to your
gift recipient. So,
you can save
time, gas, and
money. Merchant
sites must
meet high security
standards to
advertise
on QuaintPlaces.com.

Did
you know?
When
you place an
order from these

commissions
do not increase
the cost of your

days
after
your
initial "click" to

commissions for us.
(Please do not delete your cookies.)
These
commissions, plus sales of our
own photos and cards, are
necessary
to help defray the
cost of maintaining QuaintPlaces.com,
which currently
operates at a loss.
Your
purchases will
help us provide
more
information
and photos about
quaint places.
