create stereo pairs with precision, so they won't strain your eyes.
Then, I print your prints and mount your 3D cards personally.

selecting 3D pairs from QuaintPlaces.com
you can enjoy truly unique stereoscopic images that are only available
from this Web site. Because of our low overhead costs, my cards cost
you less than many mass produced stereo cards, and far less than antique
stereo views.
I
use only the methods that produce the highest quality and
resolution. You will see much more detail and realism in my prints
than you see on the Web site. I use only premium photo prints, card
stock, and adhesives. We package your cards with care, and you have my personal
guarantee of quality.

Please read the
descriptions of Steve's 3D cards below. Then proceed to Step

x 7 stereo
views - 3.5 inches tall by 7 inches wide. Image centers are 3
inches apart. High-quality
real photo prints like you get from the photo store,

mounted on rigid
cardboard.
Can be
viewed using
many old fashioned
stereoscopes like the one
pictured here. Most images
are about
square. So, if
the images
you select from
QuaintPlaces.com are
rectangular, portions may
be cropped out (cut
off,
not visible) in order to
make them square, or
additional white space may
appear if the photos are
not cropped. Steve does |
this
cropping himself, to ensure the best results. Images
that are in color on
QuaintPlaces,com are in
color on
the cards. A brief title or description of the subject of the
stereograph may appear in small type on the front with the 3D pair.
Some cards have additional information on the back, when available.

3D
cards that are ready to ship
4x6 stereo
prints - 4 inches tall by 6 inches wide. These are high-quality,
real photo prints like you get from the photo store, except they have a
pair of images at the right size for freeviewing.
How to view 3D
pairs Most images are rectangular, so
they are more like most of the 3D images you see on QuaintPlaces.com. A
brief title or description of the subject of the photograph may appear in
small type on the front with the 3D pair. The back is blank, since
these are often placed in photo albums.
