Easton's small
historic district is just right for tourists, easy to access by car, and
you can walk to everything after you park. Easton is also near St.
Michaels and other QuaintPlaces, making it part of
a great day or weekend getaway.
The Waterfowl
Festival in November is a particularly large event that draws duck hunters
and fisherman as well as people who like art, crafts, and antiques. This
festival is a must if you like carved duck decoys. If you can't
afford the $12.00 admission to the indoor shows, you can still enjoy many
booths and shops for free.

Why
shop online?
Prices
and selection
are often better
from these Web
sites than in your
neighborhood stores. Many
of them offer
free packing and
shipping to
your
door or to your
gift recipient. So,
you can save
time, gas, and
money. Merchant
sites must
meet high security
standards to
advertise
on QuaintPlaces.com.
|
Did
you know?
When
you place an
order from these
merchants, they
contribute a small
commission to QuaintPlaces.com. These
commissions
do not increase
the cost of your
purchases. Only
purchases
made within a few
days
after
your
initial "click" to
their sites generate
commissions for us.
(Please do not delete your cookies.)
These
commissions, plus sales of our
own photos and cards, are
necessary
to help defray the
cost of maintaining QuaintPlaces.com,
which currently
operates at a loss.
Your
purchases will
help us provide
more
information
and photos about
quaint places.
