Chestertown, Maryland, USA

This small town is a little out of the way. There are no Interstate highways for miles, but, Chestertown is just the right size for a relaxing visit. You can park your car and walk to every shop downtown, and to the riverfront.

This college town (Washington College) is big on history. We hear that it has more 18th-century buildings in use than any other town in Maryland except Annapolis.

Art is also important here. If you can stay after 7:00 p.m. on some Saturdays in the summer, you can enjoy live music in Fountain Park.
