OldeTowne
Grand
Junction, Colorado
|
In addition to
it's rich 19th-century history, the first discoveries of several dinosaur
fossils occurred near Grand Junction. The historic downtown has plenty of
art galleries, public sculpture, and specialty shops, but no concentrated tourist area.
When you visit, be sure to allow time to see the natural beauty that
surrounds the city. There are also many wineries just east of town. |

money. Merchant
sites must
meet high security
standards to
advertise
on QuaintPlaces.com.
