Agreement to Terms and Conditions All final decisions regarding the information content, text, graphical elements, photographs, and layout of the QuaintPlaces.com Web site are made by Steve Sloan, the publisher. The publisher reserves the right to place links to some businesses and organizations on QuaintPlaces.com without charge because the publisher deems those entities to be significant tourist draws of particular interest to site visitors. The placement of said cost-free links shall not entitle other businesses and organizations to cost-free links. The publisher retains the right to deny any initial request to place content on QuaintPlaces.com, and, in so doing, shall return the uncashed check to the requester. Payments, if cashed by the publisher, shall require the publisher to place on QuaintPlaces.com a short name of my business or organization and a functioning link to the requested Web site for a period of time that shall not be less than one calendar year (term). Requested links shall be continuously available on the World Wide Web, except for brief unavoidable technical interruptions throughout said one-year term, except in the case of premature termination. Premature termination: The publisher agrees to remove the requested link and all other references to the requesting business or organization from QuaintPlaces.com immediately upon request of the original requester. The publisher retains the right to remove links and all other references to a business or organization from QuaintPlaces.com at any time that the publisher determines that the Web site and/or my business or organization are no longer appropriate for QuaintPlaces.com. In either case of premature termination, the publisher shall refund a portion of the payment equal to the portion of the one-year term that remains unfulfilled. Renewal: At the end of the term, the requester may request an additional one-year term. The cost of this additional term shall be determined by the publisher based on the popularity of QuainPlaces.com at the time the request is made. The requester shall be under no obligation to renew.
